I've been using this serum for a little while now and have just about finished the bottle. I like that it's a very gentle, non-irritating formula. It doesn't have a scent and it absorbs into my skin really quickly without leaving a sticky feel. I've been applying it consistently to see how it handles discoloration, especially on my elbows.
The serum does brighten and lighten dark spots, but I've noticed it happens very slowly. It isn't nearly as dramatic as the results shown in the advertisements. You really have to stay on top of using it every day to see any progress. While I think it works fine for general brightening, I was hoping for something with a bit more strength for tougher areas like my dark elbows. Based on the campaign ads and social media hype, I expected much stronger results in brightening and softening.
It's a nice product to use because of how well it sinks in, but it just didn't give me the level of results I was looking for. Since I want something more powerful for lightening, I probably won't repurchase this one anytime soon. I'm going to keep trying different products until I find something that works a bit faster on those stubborn spots.
This is an incredible product and one I will be repurchasing over and over. I’ve dealt with such bad hormonal acne due to PCOS over the years and not much has helped. I began using this in conjunction with the Anua Azelaic Acid serum and together they have transformed my skin like none other. My skin feels better than it did even in my teen years, I haven’t been getting the deep painful breakouts like before, and my skin has a glow about it. I also have had a few wrinkles set in since turning 30 a few years ago and this has really helped smooth them out. Definitely try this!
Unsure about how well it works, I got it because I needed a new vitamin C serum and thought I'd try it. It seems ok! But I wish the dropper worked better. It's a little difficult to the serum in it and not much seems to go in. I don't think it's me because all my other serums have droppers that work well. Maybe it's because this serum is thicker than others I have? I don't know, but I wanted to mention the dropper.
This serum stands out for its use of 40% acerola water—a natural source of Vitamin C that is up to 28 times more potent than lemon, yet far gentler on sensitive skin.
Triple-Action Brightening: Combines niacinamide (4%) and arbutin (2%) to target dark spots from their initial formation to their appearance on the skin's surface, resulting in a more even and radiant complexion.
Hydration & Barrier Support: Unlike other Vitamin C serums that can be drying, this formula features 5 types of ceramides and 8 layers of hyaluronic acid to strengthen the skin barrier and keep skin looking plump (achieving a "glass skin" effect).
Texture: A lightweight, fast-absorbing formula that leaves no sticky residue—ideal for use under makeup or sunscreen.
I’ve been using the everydewy Vitamin Illuminating Serum for a little over a month now, and I’m honestly very impressed with the results. My skin looks noticeably brighter, smoother, and more even overall.
I have rosacea, so I’m always cautious when trying new skincare products because my skin can react easily. But this serum has been very gentle and didn’t cause any irritation for me. In fact, I’ve seen a visible improvement in my redness and overall skin tone.
I use it every night along with the CENTELLIAN 24 Madeca Cream Time Reverse, and the combination has worked really well for my skin. My face feels more hydrated, calm, and healthy looking.
If you have sensitive or rosacea-prone skin and are looking for something to help with brightness and uneven tone without being harsh, I would definitely recommend giving this a try.
